Acceptable Stay, Some Issues
great location train station well-equipped kitchen absent staff exact change parking risk
The location was great. It was very close to the train station. I had easy access to a well-equipped kitchen, a plus. Leaving my luggage in the garage after checkout, while waiting for my evening train, helped a lot.
I found this lack of personal interaction challenging. I needed exact change for the city tax. I also learned I could have paid the charge online, which I found annoying. I was expected to take risks when parking.

Okay Stay, Some Issues Noted
missing hairdryer awkward tv
My stay experienced a few hiccups. The room lacked a hairdryer. It was a surprise for what is supposed to be a 4-star experience. (not really what I expected). the tv placement was odd. It wasn't viewable from the bed. This made relaxing in the evening a little inconvenient, no cozy feeling and no king bed, just two beds put together. It impacted my relaxation.

staff absence exact change
location was acceptable. kitchen had everything i needed.
the lack of staff really affected my stay. it feels impersonal. plus, the city tax had to be in exact change. it was a real pain.
